Hi, Ray. I'm not sure if you've had a chance to check the network from work, but a building in Insincerity was blown up during a party tonight, and Andy was caught up in it. He's in our spare room. If you wouldn't mind keeping an eye on him, I'd appreciate. I've got to go make a blood donation to a vampire for related reasons, but I've got tomorrow off, if you'd like to have lunch together?

There's pancake batter in the fridge if you're hungry when you get home. I love you.

[ The flooding is gone and Fraser is back at work, keeping the parks in good condition. But after everything that's happened, he really doesn't want to let Ray out of his sight. He misses working with him. So Ray gets pointless texts from him almost daily. Like this one. ]

There's something I've been meaning to discuss with you, and I don't want to be disrespectful about it, but I think in some ways it might be easier over text than in person.

Knowing as I do that you value forthrightness and accountability, (I recall a certain instance where you asked me to verbally acknowledge that I was about to endanger your life in a wildly bizarre way, for example) there is something I feel I should tell you. Also, Andy prised it out of me, and it seemed unfair that he should know and you should not. Also, given the nature of our partnership, you may find the information relevant.

Anyway, I'm having what might be referred to by some as a crisis of identity. I'm working to resolve it and I'm sure it's nothing to be concerned about.
