Can't sleep?

No. Just wakeful, I suppose.
I keep thinking I see snow.
I mean, I know it's summer.
Just an overactive imagination tonight, for some reason.

Just wakeful generally means you can't or are not sleeping
Seeing snow right now is probably not great
Maybe you should try to sleep?

I thought it might help if I could talk with you for a little while. Or, well, text with you, I suppose. I imagine you're probably not supposed to take calls at work.

[ There's an interval of typing/not typing where Ray can get some serious mopping done. ]

You. Me. Diefenbaker. A proper team of dogs. A cabin just below the treeline. However many children in the community happen to need a good home.
But I'm willing to compromise on several of those points.
